South Korean model-turned-actor Hoyeon received an international acclaim and critical praise after the global success of the Netflix original show, Squid Game, in which she played Kan Sae-byeok. The character is who is also known as Player 067. Her breakout performance on the show Hoyeon took home the Screen Actors Guild award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actress in an Drama Series and earned an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting actress in the Drama Series. She is from Myeonmok-dong an area in Seoul Hoyeon started her career as a freelance model during the 2011 Seoul Fashion Week. Korean's Next Top Model was her fourth season.
